What adjectives come to mind when you think of non-profit organizations?

Small and resource-constrained are two that pop into my head, which is why I was surprised to discover that non-profits receive the highest Overall score (2.9 out of 5) for their support for women. That puts them above public companies, private companies, government agencies, and educational institutions. They have the highest score in the Career category at 3.1 stars and strong Family and Personal scores too, making non-profits your best chance of “having it all” according to our data so far.
